Creamy, velvety and oozy, Crémeux d’Argental is a cheese in its own right and should not to be confused with a French Brie. A soft white-mould cheese produced near the Lyon region of France, using milk that has been specially filtered to yield a silkier texture.
It has indulgent buttery characteristics, a smooth, consistent texture and well rounded, creamy flavour.
