Triple Cream Brie – Cremeux d’Argental is made with a cow’s milk raised 100 km South of Lyon and has got this natural ooziness texture and buttery flavour.
Blue Cheese – Fourme d’Ambert is a cow’s milk creamy and mild blue cheese that
even those who do not eat blue would love.
Comté 18 months aged – this nutty semi hard cheese is from the Jura mountain in France.
Accompaniment: Seasonal fruits, Quince paste, Crackers and Fresh Baguettes.
