PLATEAU DE FROMAGE

Triple Cream Brie – Cremeux d’Argental is made with a cow’s milk raised 100 km South of Lyon and has got this natural ooziness texture and buttery flavour.

Blue Cheese – Fourme d’Ambert is a cow’s milk creamy and mild blue cheese that
even those who do not eat blue would love.

Comté 18 months aged – this nutty semi hard cheese is from the Jura mountain in France.

Accompaniment: Seasonal fruits, Quince paste, Crackers and Fresh Baguettes.

Saucisson – French salami made in Brisbane following the traditional method.

Jamon 18 months aged made in Spain – delicious serrano with a delicate sweet after taste.

Duck and Pork Terrine with nuts.

BASTILLE DAY SOIRÉE

Join us as we celebrate the National Day of the lovers of cheese, with a night of festivity at the Vieille Branche French farmhouse.

We will start with petit fours and a Glass of Champagne (naturally!), live music which will transport you to Paris, you will feel like you are next to the Seine on a clear night. From here we will guide you through the countryside, as we casually feature our most adored French Cheeses and Wines from the other French regions.
